Mr. Stave discusses how the majority of Natural Area acres is conserved outside of City limits, with Fort Collins taxpayer dollars. Conserved Natural Areas land near the Wyoming border and Estes make it difficult for our residents to enjoy them without traveling in a car.

Our Note: Hughes would add 165-acres of Natural Areas land right here in our City where residents and taxpayers live, work, and play.
Voters simply need to VOTE YES on 303 AND NO on 2H. You MUST mark BOTH on your ballot to protect Hughes, or 2H development moves forward.
